Or deliberate if you and your partner should enjoy your individual favorites, for that matter.We have been enjoying amazing appliances in the last ten years. We have enjoyed advances, and innovation in home design during those ten years too. In my industry of design and renovation, we have been adding wine coolers, beverage centers, beverage drawers, even craft ice freezers and refrigerators, one as beautiful and sexy as the next- so that we can chill and garnish our cocktails with beautiful icy spheres.In today’s world, we don’t have to go anywhere to enjoy a culinary creation, a cocktail, or our favorite wines. So the folks at Plum.Wine have created a sexy, sleek and clever solution, an additional “point of pleasure” (@Veronika Eagleson) for us to enjoy a sip or a glass of our favorite wine without the concern of preservation. 
You can fit it on the counter at any spot in your kitchen when entertaining.
@Plum.Wine have created a sleek box if you will, with two individual chambers that can accommodate two different bottles. The cooling chambers read the label of your wine or wines and chills them to perfection. You heard right; each wine is chilled at the right temp for the wine. Your wine will be preserved for up to 90 days allowing you to enjoy every sip in each bottle. Then the smart touch screen will allow you to determine your perfect pour and the perfect pour for your partner so everyone is served exactly what they want. This unit can identify 220 varietals and serves them at the right temp, each and every glass. A glass at the end of a long day or week has become more sophisticated and a smart. It is almost like having an in-home sommelier.
HOW ABOUT INTEGRATION?
This beautiful unit can be installed and be set up in minutes, plug and play or plug, drink and cheers to this amazing new home kitchen, bar, living room or any space new addition. For your designer kitchens or bars a trim kit is available, and the unit can easily go side by side to your espresso / coffee appliance.

I personally had the beautiful experience of learning more about Plum.Wine, it’s features and benefits with a wonderful group of fellow designers and industry experts that walked us through how clever this unit is. In addition, we were spoiled with a beautiful stem glass and a wonderful bottle from PER.US wineries, a 2016 Alessio . Needless to say, the wine was as beautiful as the Plum.Wine dispenser and the bottle the wine came in. Strong, smooth, rich in color and aroma and the flavors were like a well-orchestrated dance. What an experience.
